Karissa has 25 years of skating experience and 15 years of professional coaching experience.  She is a multiple Adult Nationals and Sectionals Qualifying Medalist, U. of Michigan Intercollegiate Competitor, and South Atlantic Regional Competitor. She's been a member of PSA for 9 years and holds current PSA Ratings in Freestyle, Moves in the Field, and Group Classes. 

She is a Gold Medalist in Moves in the field, Senior supplemental moves, and Novice Freestyle tests. Karissa teaches children and adult skaters of all ages for Freestyle, Moves in the Field, Power skating, Program Construction and Basic Skills elements.
