Located in one of the fastest growing commercial and residential areas, Arctic Edge Ice Arena 46615 Michigan Ave, Canton Twp., is a state of the art skating facility which features two NHL size rinks.  Our sister rink, Arctic Pond Arena, in Plymouth, Michigan also boasts a single NHL size rink.

Opened in December of 2001, Arctic Edge Ice Arena is home to the internationally recognized Arctic Figure Skating Club, which features world renowned ice dancing coach Marina Zoueva, and pairs coach Johnny Johns.  2009 Canadian National Champions Scott Moir and Tessa Virtue, and 2014 Sochi Olympic Gold medalists Meryl Davis and Charlie White also call Arctic Edge of Canton their home.

Whether you’re an experienced hockey player or just beginning to skate, Arctic Edge has a program to fit your needs.  Our rink offers several learn to skate and learn to play hockey programs and is home to the Canton Amateur Hockey Association, youth ages 5-17 yrs old, Canton High School Boys Varsity Hockey Club, Willow Run/Belleville Boys Varsity Hockey Club, Ypsilanti Lincoln Boys Varsity Hockey Club, Plymouth-Canton-Salem Girls High School Unified Hockey Team, The Victory Honda Midget Major AAA Hockey Club, and RSPI Mens Adult Hockey League.

In addition to the numerous skating programs the Arctic Edge has to offer, we are home to a full strength and weight training facility with private instruction available, and Orthosport to meet all the needs of today’s athlete. We also offer open skating, birthday parties, sticks and pucks and drop in figure skating for our guests. Arctic Edge also hosts Declans At The Edge food concession stand and a full service Proshop to serve the needs of the over 1 million people who visit the Arena annually.
